Received email from microsoft today, regarding the stupid payment gateway down issue.

Microsoft has identified that you may have encountered difficulties with our site as a result of the overwhelming response to the launch of Windows Vista Beta 2. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and would like to provide you with a complimentary copy of Windows Vista Beta2 shipped via courier. You can expect to receive your product within a week.

We have also been notified that the error experienced may have inadvertently resulted in multiple charges being placed against your credit card. Microsoft has already engaged the relevant bank to reverse all charges made to your card for this particular order and this should be reflected in your next credit card statement. And, too bad, I still charged for SIX FREAKING TIME!!! And again, I wrote to Microsoft. This time, NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AT ALL!!! Good Customer Service at first, with NO FOLLOW UP action.. MICROSOFT~!!! SCREW YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
