As part of Church of the Ascension Camp Committee, we have engaged your company to provide transport arrangement for our Annual Church Camp. The committee is looking for possible locations , preferable beach resort for next year's camp and request for suitable proposals.

General Info for previous camps:

1. Approx 200-230 pax (ranging from children to elderly)

2. 5D4N duration (Preferable Thursday to Monday)

3. Has used the following places over the last few years (Hyatt Kuantan; Palace of the Golden Horses, KL; Awana Genting)

4. Package cost – if possible, pl break out the room rate + 3 meals (ranging from S$300-350 for twin sharing).



The criteria for camp site are as follow:

1. Meeting facilties (1 main room with 4 breakout rooms)

2. Recreation Facilities (suitable for child, youth, preferrably with a beach)

3. Room for Twin to Quad Sharing

4. Arrange for Recce team to visit
